It looks like some people are providing different answers based on the different types of powers of attorney. Here is a breif description of what each one does:. General Power of Attorney - allows you to sign for your husband on legal documents and contracts, but some financial institutions will not accept this power of attorney and require a special power of attorney (see below.). Special Power of Attorney - is a POA for a specific purpose - like selling a house, or a car. When I deployed I gave my husband a SPOA to sell our house if it became necessary - of course it didn't but I was thinking worst case scenario.. Medical Power of Attorney - this is so that you are in charge of your husbands medical decisions if he is incapacitated.. Most POA's are limited to one year, but this is at the descretion of the person who had it written up (it's usually recommended by legal counsel) - read it carefully to determine what type it is and if it has an expiration date.

How do I create business cards in Microsoft Office # 7?

please help me!. or maybe give me a template? that would be awesome, and much appreciated :).

In my business law class we have Discussion Boards for every unit. This unit we went over contracts, this week our discussion board are instructor asked us to go over a contract that we have. I do not have mortgage, a cell phone contract, credit card etc. The only thing close to a contract I have are Service agreements with a Tire center and An account at Kay Jewelers. I was just wondering if either of these two could be considered contracts? If so would they be considered an express contract "an agreement with all important terms explicitly stated'?. This is a core class for my IT degree, obviously law is used In everyday situations. As for asking my Instructor, It's an online class. I can't simply walk up to her and ask her a question. We have 3 days to do the assignment, I work all weekend and when I do have time to email her its late, THAT is why I am here asking everyone. I am putting forth effort to complete the assignment. I'm not asking anyone to do my homework, Just give me some insight on the matter itself..
