Anyone who wants to control the disposition of their assets needs to have one. Without an estate plan (will, trust, whatever), the state dictates what happens to the decedent's assets.

You can create a format. I usually create a document and save it for changes. I use a certain style to write in that has headers, etc. I take a standard word document and reformat each time, but at first I just deleted parts of the document and formatted until I learned the format. For labels , or letters I frequently send as are thank you letters, address or account updates etc., I just change the previous letter or labels as needed on the older saved letters or labels. To do this, I make a copy by re-saving a document twice or storing on a disc that contains all old formats and pulling it up, making changes and re-saving it to my documents to be uploaded later to a new disc when I have enough new items. I hope this makes it easier for you. Creating a format is a little more technical. You can make a list with lines for check offs or a bulleted form with circle bullets, but lines are difficult and squared areas also.

It's interesting you ask this question. It makes the government out to look like the bad guy. Where would you get that impression?. . On to the answer. No, the government cannot go after you for taxes your father owes. This is just like how creditors cannot go after you for any debts your father may have. Both can only go after your fathers estate. This will impact whatever inheritance you may have as the creditors and Uncle Sam line up to the money trough when your father dies. By the way, my condolences for what you are going through.. . But there are some things you want to do to keep the government and creditors from screwing you. See, the government will want to place a lein on the house for non-payment of taxes. This may force you to sell for less than market value. With some planning, maybe even get an agent (they take a percentage of the sale price, so you don't pay until you sell), you may be able to sell the house for a better price. The thing is, if these jackals press you hard you will be in a hurry to sell for anything. Just a thought.. . Another deal is, make sure any of your personal assets are not in your fathers name. I know you say they are your assets, and they well may be, but if the transfer of the assets has not been done officially with paper documentation you may be in for a rude awakening. Example: a car your father gave to you 2 years ago may still be in his name. Get this taken care of pronto.. . Good luck in this difficult time.

There are all sorts of reasons for making a statutory declaration. You might wish to undo the consequences of a case brought against you and of which you were genuinely unaware, or you might wish to make a declaration for purposes of employment. The declaration is binding on your conscience and if it were to be discovered that you were lying, you could be prosecuted for perjury. }{

Where can I find free help to fill out my CV?

I'm 22 years old with average credit. I have a $14,000 car I could use as collateral.. . I would like to open up a bar and the expenses are going to run me around $150,000 - $350,000... Obviously with no track record in business other and a bachelors degree I'm going to have to figure something out in order to get this large sum of money.. . Any suggestions?.
