• Lindsey Firnbach attended Marquette University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in political science. At Marquette, she was a member of the Phi Sigma Alpha Honor Society and was on the Dean's List every semester. She later attended Northern Illinois University College of Law where she graduated Cum Laude and received the George M. Shur Scholarship at graduation for having the highest grade in constitutional law. While at NIU College of Law, Lindsey served as an assistant?editor on the NIU Law Review, was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity (serving as a 1L Representative her first year and the Networking Chair her second year) a West Student Representative, The Real Estate Law Society Vice President her 3L year, and was a research assistant for Professor Mark Cordes.

  After graduation, Lindsey moved to Texas with her husband and took a position at a local law firm in Round Rock, Texas. Shortly after, Lindsey joined with the owner of the firm to create the partnership of Spivey & Firnbach, PLLC, and since the establishment of this partnership, she has handled a variety of family law and estate planning cases.
