anywhere i can find free sample questions on the national component of of the safe test? i do not want to pay but want to be sure im ready for the test..

What insurance plans, retirement plands etc. can you get on being a lawyer?? ( i have a classs project).

I have been contributing to a few retirement investment plans and I think that I'm on the right track. I do not own any property and I am currently renting.. I'm thinking of purchasing property either as an investment or primary home by taking out a loan against my retirement funds for down payment.. I'm not sure if this is a good move.. . Should I just keep investing in my retirement or should I go down the real estate route? What are the pros and cons? Isn't retirement a worthwhile and valid investment compared to property?.

. My name

In 2009 husband gave friend $40,000 for medical bills. We don't regret it, but now he needs to go to a nursing home. IRS took 35% from us for gift tax, a surprise. Withdrew IRA money & paid it, then had to pay IRS 15% tax on withdrawal. . SS and pensions was enough to live on. Now husband had a stroke & will go to nursing home.. I can pay for it a few years but when the state (medicare) takes over they will take two vintage vehicles and his truck, and I'll keep my car. They can take what we have left in our bank accounts, savings, and retirement money, and leave me with around $100,000. I just found out that they'll subtract the gift amount and $15,000 we paid for our prepaid funeral expenses, leaving me with only $45,000. I'll have to sell our home and buy a cheaper condo (giving them the difference) because I'll no longer be able to afford my house with the smaller SS income. I didn't realize they would cut the retirement money. Is my only option to get a divorce so I can keep my half? My husband isn't competent to take his name of our savings and bank account..

I have a table in microsoft word and I want to reference one of the cells that when filled out, it will show up with that info in the header/footer.. . I can't really figure out how to do this. I have looked up the regular tutorials from various sources but can't find anywhere that tells me how to link information from a table's cell to another place in the document.. . The information I want to link to is input by a user, and I need it to show up on every page of the report, instead of just the one place that the user types it in. It changes with each report, so I can't just make a template with the value in the header/footer.. . Any info is appreciated.
