I recently noticed that my NJ vehicle registration just expired in December and I am travelling for work for the next month. Since my vehicle is home, with my insurance and current registration card, would motor vehicles allow a family member to bring the documents and the renewal fee to an actual location to renew without me present? I know most states will, but not sure about NJ. If so, is there some sort of form I would have to sign and send to them to do such, such as a Power of Attorney?.

I was filling out a power of attorney, but i was wondering if both parents had to sign the paper?. Or can it be just one. The minor is moving to florida for 3 months.. No the FL parent hasnt talked to an attorney yet..

I need a really nice website template that looks good. And if you know how, could you tell me how to put a template into a website on microsoft frontpage??? plz help me quickly. and give me a good theme color for a pokemon website.

I am wondering if any of the other trans women out there had much problem after the name change still having their old male identity considered an "aka" until they could get the gender change through.. . I have to get the name change soon as I can't go to a men's room any more without freaking out the men. And I want the female drivers license so there is no question in the ladies. I pass very well and have been on hormones for several years.. ..

You can waive of the right to keep you informed, but you will need a medical proxy in that case, a friend, family, or a medical professional who will be taking decisions on your behalf.. . To do this will involve some legal documentation, and a written statement by you stating you do not want to be kept informed about your diagnosis and treatment.

Microsoft's website has tons of templates. Open word, select file and new then click on "templates online" and do a search. I have pretty good luck at either finding the exact template or something similar that I can modify.
