  • As a MN family law attorney, I advocate for my clients in a wide-range of divorce, custody, support, and parenting time cases. I understand that family law issues go beyond the law and effect you at a very emotional level. I guide you through the difficult experience of divorce and the related issues that may go along with a dissolution of marriage, such as child custody, child and spousal support, and parenting time. I strive to help alleviate your stress and anxiety by explaining the law while aggressively representing your interests.

When you hire a divorce lawyer, you want an attorney who takes your side and fights for your rights under Minnesota law. My experience dealing with the opposing side attorneys through negotiations and mediation, and successful representation of family law clients at trial is a testament to my ability to effectively represent you.

I take a practical and hands-on approach to each case. My goal is to provide you with the highest level of service and effective legal representation while also being mindful of your financial situation.

As a consequence, we are committed to providing the highest quality legal services to our clients in a manner which is not only sound legal advice based on experience and knowledge, but that is practical and sensitive to your needs.

Our attorneys have worked in mid-sized downtown Minneapolis firms and in small offices both in the Greater Metro area and in outstate Minnesota. As a group, we have in excess of 40 years of experience in the areas of the law we practice.

business letters.?

What is it called when an investor is paid back in services? I'm looking for the right way to word this.?

3. Therefore, it will have no legal effect..

My uncle was diagnosed with dementia several years ago and is now in declining health. He is the owner of the house he lives with my aunt and his is the only name on the deed. He has steadily refused to engage in any type of estate planning and is currently becoming more paranoid and irrational. My aunt is the sole caretaker and has been the only person earning income to support her family for nearly ten years. Under these circumstances, is there any recourse under US law in which my aunt can ask that some type of power of attorney, will or other form of estate planning be created so that she can avoid having her husband pass away interstate?.

How do i make a legal document?

You type up a formal business letter stating what you said above, then take the letter to your bank and have a manager notarize the letter.
