Heyy,. Anyone can be a model, well not everyone obvisouly :-) but most people can. Some people think, oh if you're overweight then no, but they have plus size models. Just like people think, if you're too short then you can't, but you can be a photogenic model, which is a model that you see in photo's only (generally speaking). There are loads of good places to start. Here is a way you can look around at getting the job. First of all, go to your local photographer and get a couple of picture taken of you with basic clothes on, basic hairstyles and no make up. When you give this photo up, it will give the people a look at a "blank cavas" so to speak. So they know what they have to work with. Then get some more "flashy photo's" done. You might want to try some different styles and angles. While photographers that you go to can tell you how to pose, once you get higher in the ranks you will be expected to know some basic poses yourself. A good idea is to look in the mirror and practise. Once you have your photo's together, put them in an album and take them to a modelling agency. There are lots of different agencies and places you can take them too. It depends what modelling your talking about, for example, you could send them to "Target" (you know, the clothes store) if you're looking for that sort of modelling. Agencies that I would recommend is "Ford Modelling." Have a look on their site and they give loads of useful tips, and if you go to the "Application" section then you can see examples of the sort of "blank canvas" photo's I'm talking about. Good luck, I really hope you make it. Just remember not to get too caught up in the world of modelling, and if you get knocked down just keep trying. We are planning to buy a home without a realtor. We approached the owner about selling as he is an acquaintance of friends and the house wasn't on the market. There are so many websites with real estate contracts, some free, others not and I am not sure of which to go with? Should I look for a state specific site? Any guidance would be appreciated. I do not entirely trust the guy...if that makes any difference!. Going to an attorney is not a good option at this point as we want to get something in writing asap and do not want to pay an attorney in the event this guy changes his mind.. An inspection has been done.. I don't know why I didn't think to ask the realtor who is selling our house. He sent me a FSBO packet with contracts from the title company we plan to use. He is also an attorney and is going to look over the contract for us. Thanks!!!.
