Oh, I smell Reading First a mile away. Sweetheart you have all the lesson plans right in front of you for this lesson. I know Reading First is so scripted, it's like SFA but you have it all in front of you.. . Just go down the list one by one. This looks like High School work. I think you have all you need. Unless your class is being monitered for this lesson, you have it all right there. That is your cheat sheet, wing the rest!. . You'll be fine. Teaching isn't what it used to be.

what should you include in Service Level Agreement with a Security Contractor?

Make sure you have a real estate attorney review this contract before you sign it. There are many things that can go wrong in a lease-to-own deal. Making sure your covered for every possibility in a $725,000 transaction is well worth the attorney's fee of a few hundred dollars.. . If you can afford to just purchase something, I think that is always a better option because you just make the purchase and then you own the property. It eliminates a lot of the "what if" situations that can happen in a lease to own deal.
