What does a trust clause mean, in simple terms?. give some examples. =]. Well i live in the state of California, it doesn't need to be detailed and exact, its just that i have to make a will for one of my classes, and it's about this old lady and blabhablah, but i'm not sure what to put in that section, like who to appoint as trustee? because the old lady appointed a representative that will be the executor of her will, but that's in a different section of the will.. she also has an adopted son that's incompetent, so she assigned her niece to take care of him, and the niece is going to get 1500 a month for taking care of the boy, so im not sure if that would go in that section? or somewhere else, because since there is a guardianship clause after that, i was thinking of puting her in there, but i dont know if the amount she will be getting goes there too =/.

I've also got some experience in school plays and lots of workshop productions, but I'm taking my career to the next level. So, I'm confused about what to say on my cover letter. You see, i've already created my resume, and it already says that I sing/act/dance, my contact info, where I got my training and what it was, lists all my experience, special skills, etc.. So, what do I put of the cover letter to send to agents? How do I format it and what is the substance?.
