I'm fairly new to Access, but i've done some online training and a few basic databases. . I'm now trying to make a database based on an excel spreadsheet that our employees use. There is some pre-populated information, and the employees need to fill in the rest. It's the same basic template each day, and they add in times and details, so we have a complete form each day. I want this to be a database, so I can pull reports from it, but I can't figure out how to make a new form come up each day with the pre-populated areas in it, and fill in the same table after the form is completed. Is there a way to make it open a new form, but fill in the table that's already in use?.

Your letter of resignation is a legal document, what they have just done is ignore that legal document. Your superiors have a legal obligation to look into any and all complaints about any member of staff that are made in writing, for more information on this, you can see your companies "complaints policy" pack, which they will have to have by law. The manager cannot insist on anyone working anything more than their present hours, period. They can offer the overtime, however if it is declined, they cannot force anyone to do so. If they react then that is breach of contract, and if they fire you for it, that is unfair dismissal. And that's for being paid!. . Expecting and insisting someone to work for free is insane, and in complete violation of their position and job role. I'm sure I've responded to your other posts, but legally, they don't have 2 legs to stand on if you take the correct measures.. . Make sure all this is documented and reported to the appropriate people, you can often find out who these are by asking the trade union or any information and advice helplines who can direct you a lot better than I can.. . In essence, they're a bunch of bastards who are abusing their responsibilities. A little legal pressure will go a long way.

Give notice to the attorney by registered post mentioning that you are canceling the power granted and not to act as attorney any further.. . With the proof of service you register the deed of cancellation of power in registrar office.
