    I just graduated high school last year and I never heard of kids getting made fun of for having different names....Maybe because that kid wasn't in the groups crowd, but not because they had different last names..Come on now..a lot of kids change their names for different reasons, and it's not all because of adoption.

    . if you use "Dear Sir" then use "Yours faithfully". Your signature comes next.. . Sign your name using the signature you use for cheques and credit card transactions and print your name underneath - you may think your signature legible but for the rest of us it can be sometimes a struggle.. . The advice shown on your link is very good.

    Its been a long time since I had to apply formally for a job. I've found that things have changed since my last successful application, things like cover letters.. What do you put on a cover letter?. Should it be short & sweet or lengthy & detailed?. Should it be personalised to each individual employer that i apply to?. Or should I make it job specific & use it with all applications for similar jobs?. . Any assistance would be greatly appreciated..
