My grandfather is dying of severe Kidney Failure and enlarged heart. He does not want treatment. I am not Power of Attorney because he feels he looses all control, but when he passes away I am excutor etc. My question is this. I have a joint account with my grandfather on the checkings account but the savings account I am not. I am afraid that if and when my grandfather is unable to speak etc or even die, how shell I pay for his medical bills and care when all the money is in the savings? Can I have access to that by law? I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR I DO NOT WANT THE MONEY, I WANT TO PAY BILLS THAT HAVE ACUMULATED FROM MY GRANDFATHERS CONDITION AND CARE IN THE NURSING HOME. Please if anyone knows what I can do, I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

Thanks,.

Any help would extremely be grateful.. Thanks for all your input I think I have it now. I'm seeing the Landlord tomorrow and I will see if he will sign it to say he's received it, if not I'll send it by recorded mail. Thanks for all your answers its extremely appreciated, all of them were great so I mixed and matched..

I think it is a sensational idea. I wouldn't worry about grammar or spelling at the beginning just get your thoughts down on paper. You sound like a very inspirational person and what you write sounds as though it would be interesting to know that people who do suffer from hard knocks in life can survive. Too often you hear about people that lean towards drugs and alcohol when life gets tough, it is really really great to see someone wanting to write about it, whehter it is just for themselves and their immediate family or whether it ends up being a published piece of work.. I sincerely wish you all the luck with your writing.

There are many things you should ask of your real estate agent you select, but financing and your monthly payment is not one of them. These type questions would best be answered by your mortgage lender.. . #1 You would want to know if signing a contract as a buyer would you be required to pay any type commission if the expected commission is not obtained by the real estate agent.. . #2 Is the real estate agent familiar with the area in which you would like to purchase. Do he/she know about the various schools, shopping centers, religious churches, public transportation availability.. . #3 How many properties have this real estate agent sold in this area?. . #4 Do this real estate agent have any listings in this area?. . #5 Can she/he offer names and telephones of individuals of satisfied client in the area you would want to reside in?. . #6 What are the procedures in the event you find a person that is selling their home themselves and refuse to pay a commission to any real estate agent. Would you be required to pay a commission?
