Legal Contract question?

Which are the best Magento template for my estore ?

PHP + Forms?

I have been in the process of starting my own business. I am down to the legalities of getting my permit now. Seeing as my husband often contributes large sums of money I would like to incorporate him into the business. However, I say this knowing I want it to be different from a regular partnership. I want him to be regarded as a sponsor and not a business partner because that is the reality of the situations. If you feel that is a bad idea feel free to tell me why and what you believe to be a better option OR if you know where I can find an example/template of an agreement similar to what I have discussed please let me know.. A limited partnership is something I considered. However, it specifies that in a limited partnership they practice law, accounting or architecture (noted on the permit application) There is however a limited liability company, which I am now reading up on. Because of the fact we are married, I was unsure if a married co-ownership was right because I got the impression that was like a general partnership between a married couple and I do want my husbands responsibilities and profit to be limited so..ya. I guess I will continue reading!.

I had a log-splitter that I was storing at my in-laws and after my father-in-law passed away my wife and her mother had a major "falling-out"(it was over money and power-of-attorney because mommy-in-law was burning thru the life insurance and wouldnt have enough money to live on and daughter tried to take control) and told my wife to never come back, this was about a year ago. My wife just recently called to see if I could retrieve the equipment and she was told it had been sold.. I don't have the receipt from when I purchased it but it was my tool and she had no right selling it, or did she?. What can or should I do?. It was probably worth @$1300.. I live in Kentucky..

BHO is not being a very good "citizen of the world" by allowing his half brother to live in a hut out in Kenya. Maybe McCain should step up with some sort of sponsorship to help the guy out with a visa and one of his houses. . I actually put some additional thought into my own question. BHO will not do anything for his brother, because as a good socialist he thinks it's the governments job to help his brother. Maybe this is why he wants a tax on Americans to help world poverty. Hope he doesn't accidentally drop a dime next time he visits his family in Africa.. Neocons would not call BHO a commie if he helped his brother (this is what INDIVIDUALS sometimes do for family). We would call him a commie only if he forced tax payers to lift his brother out of the squaller that BHO could fix very easily.. Maybe BHO should call John Edwards and ask how to skim off campaign money to help individuals (like he did with his mistress). This way BHO could help his BRO without dropping a single dime of his own money..
