lawyer Kenny, Patrick William Reviews

Hi,. . My husband is deployed overseas and I have a full (not limited) power of attorney on his behalf. We decided to trade in our 2 vehicles to Carmax and get 1 vehicle instead however on his car, after trade in value, he still owes 4,000 on it. Carmax stated they can easily add it to loan for the new vehicle as they will pay it but I won't be able to do it even if I have a full power of attorney. They stated he had to be physically here to do that. But doesn't that just defeat the purpose of me getting a full power of attorney? Im starting to think he's wrong. Can anyone tell me if ill be able to do it?

How do u change ur name and get an avatar??

can someone advise what i should do?.

. Its for school not real life.

For example, I can agree with my wife that we will buy a Mustang, but I cannot enforce it if we end up buying the Astro Van.. . If, however, I form a contract with a dealer and we agree that I will pay 300 a month, then we have a legally binding agreement enforceable in court (aka a contract).
