• My background prior to my admission in New York as an attorney was as a reporter, writer and editor. During my previous 10-year career in journalism, I held numerous positions for daily, weekly and monthly publications, including local newspapers and national magazines. My sons are going out of state with their aunt for 2 weeks and I need to give her permission to get emergency medical. HOW DO i DO THIS LEGALLY?.

I doubt I would ever legally change my first name- I think it would be a bit insulting to my parents and it'd be pretty hard to get used to for me, my family, friends, etc.. . I am, however, planning on changing my surname to my mother's maiden name for a variety of reasons- but basically because I don't think my current last name suits me and it just doesn't sound good with my first name. So, I can undertsand the thought process.. . ??? T?????'? ????

Also, don't use a really fancy font of special formatting in the email. It won't come out looking the way you intended and that's just annoying for the person reading it.
