I need an actual marketing plan, an example or a sample, etc... U know what I mean (it has to be done allready). Thank you.

Changing your name is something that is done on a state level, and each state has different rules. . As for specifics, there is and isn't an age requirement. It depends upon the reason for the name change. If it is done during an adoption, then the name change can be done right then. . If you get married it is done right then.. If it is an adult, and not under these circumstances, then there could be requirements like putting your name in the paper to notify creditors that you are changing your name and to see if anyone objects. . If you are under 18 and possibly 21 depending upon the state, there would need to be permission from the parents for the change in name w/o circumstances that would clearly warrant a change of name.. Then there is the fact that you can call yourself anything you want. You can tell people any name you want to use, as long as it isn't being done to deceive anyone....like to get away from a debt or keep from being arrested. But, if you call yourself something else, but w/o having changed it legally, then you have to use your legal name for anything that is of a legal nature. Like driver's license, a contract of any kind, social security, etc.....if you decide to call yourself by a different name, be very careful as the common law isn't really clear on all of this and in todays social atmosphere with the terrorism....it's dangerous to be changing your name w/o legally doing it....people will question it more.. . So, go to your state statutes...just type in google your state's name and statutes after it and it will take you to a link. Then look up name change. The rules will be there. There are also some web sites that if you type in Change of name in Colorado (or where ever) some online lawfirms come up which will send you or allow you to download all the info and forms you need (for a fee of course) You can do it yourself, it isn't hard, but I have used one of those just for the ease of having it all just sent to me and not having to draft the forms myself. Also, in many courthouses, you can go to the clerks office and they will give you a packet with the forms you need, (for a smaller fee usually).

Firstly, I would recommend writing to them via snail mail rather than email. It's much more professional. Secondly, don't use your name in the body of the letter - you sign it at the end of the correspondence. THirdly, are you asking for a job or offering your services as an intern (that is, without pay)? If you are offering your services for free, you should make that clear in the letter. I have written it as though you expect some sort of remuneration.. . Here's a slight rewrite:. . Dear Sir/Madam,
