Generally there is a form for FMLA if you live in the United States. I'm not sure for other countries.

Is a Healthcare Power of Attorney Necessary or rather can a person use a handwritten or typed letter that is notarized. It looks like a healthcare power of attorney, could be something that any family member can use even if I live through surgery and that way they can make all health related decisions for me. I am kind of leary of signing one. Could I just type something out with specific wishes and have it notarized? Thank you..

I've got a question, if someone changes there name legally....?

I asked them to please stop contacting me and my cosigner through telephone and I said nothing about stopping the letters, yet they stopped contact all together and now my loan went into default because I wasn't paying the amount they wanted. But isn't it illegal for them to not contact me at all about my loan for over a year? No letters, emails, nothing. I thought they were required to send some form of documents. Please help.. I think many are missing the point, I asked them to stop contacting ONLY through telephone..nothing about letters. And Im under the assumption that its their legal obligation to contact me every month about my account status via a letter or email. Am I wrong about that? One person answered its only their right to give a copy of the agreement anything beyond that is not required..thats the only real answer I've recieved and can understand if thats true.. Also they contacted my grandparents via telephone to let them know if we dont pay x amount by the end of the month, they will take legal action..but I told them through the cease&desist not to contact through telephone. So right there they broke the law I believe. Because they know by sending a letter it doesnt have as great of an effect as harrasing an elderly woman about it..

Usually, people high up in real estate have a business admin degree among other things. You can contact your local real estate board or division and ask for the necessary courses for passing your local real estate boards, any special designations etc. They would also know where you can find out more information on international work. You may also want to consider becoming a foreign exchange student or living and working abroad for awhile. Good luck!
