Me and my fiancee have worked for months to get our car payed off and now we have finally done it! Its payed off 28 months ahead of schedule and that leaves us with a large portion of extra disposable income. We really want to start planning for our future but there are just so many types of IRA's and other plans out there that it can be confusing what is the best route to take our money. So we are thinking maybe we should talk to a proffesional on what to do. So who do we see for a service like this? An investment banker? Talk to local investment offices? A finacial planner?.

What are the legal procedures needed to start a wrestling federation? And please don't be mean saying how stupid it is and stuff like that. Now I have posted this question before but in a different section and the only answer I got was get a business degree first so please don't say that. I know it's a a lot to read but i would really appreciate the help. I mainly want advice about the legal matters of stuff. Such as if i need any insurance or if i could just have the wrestlers sign waivers. Also i have seen stuff about needing a promoter's license. Would i need one? I will be running the league out of the gymnasium in my church and i didn't know if there are people who go around checking stuff like this cause i don't want to get fined for not having something i need to have to run this. I live in Oklahoma if that makes any difference on the laws. I am only 17 now but i figure i need to get an early start on this since it will take time to develop . Plus I am not doing this as a profit for myself, it is more of a profit for my church and just the love of the sport. I already have a few people that will be in on it with me but one of the ways I was gonna get wrestlers is by contacting other churches and seeing if they had people who would wrestle for free or to make money for their church or a mission or something. I also know someone who's son wrestles in missouri and i thought i might ask him to come down and train some of the guys or something and that could help us earn some money by splitting money for a wrestling training school plus get our guys better prepared. I already have people who can run a sound system and a place where i want to purchase my ring and some other stuff from so now the main things I need are the money and some of the advice on the legal things that I don't know about. Please answer these questions I have and give me any other advice i may need... especially legal stuff! . Thanks.

I ordered a product online. The order was then approved. Under the companies Terms and Conditions, it states that the order is only binding once an order has been approved in writing which it was. Now the company are asking for an extra ?1200. Is this a breach of contract as a price was agreed in writing?.

DON"T Tell the story, show whats happening through description and diaglog. make your story ACTIVE, not passive.. . Don't even think about sending it to a publisher untill your asked for the entire book. Many publshers will accept electronic transmissions. but they want to be queried first, read the guidelines.. . Please feel free to ask quesions, see my website for email, or on the profile for this q&a.
