Case or not for civil court?

My brothers getting out of jail on Monday and my parents are letting him live in a trailer right beside us but they want to set rules...like a "Rental Agreement". Example: No alcohol, parties, other people moving in...stuff that they wouldn't approve of. Can someone give me an example of a "Rental Agreement?".

Business Letters - Block Style Format... where I do put...?

..and I'm tired.... goodnight.

I want to gain experience from a company & wish to volunteer my services and work for free. Can you provide a sample cover letter that outlines this format? My intent is to eventually be hired by the company, but if not, at least gain experience, explore positions within the company, network, build contacts, & learn what careers I do not wish to pursue..

My husband and I are wanting to bring his son to the states from Mexico for the summer so our daughter and him can meet each other and develop a bond while they are still young. Does anyone know how we would go about getting the process started? His mother has given us permission to allow him to be here with us in our custody for the summer months. I just need to know how I can go about getting him here? He is seven and we will be going to get him, if he is allowed to come to visit.. My husband and I are American citizens, his son is not. If you have rude and unknowledgable answers do not leave me an answer. He is not coming here to live, he is coming to visit his father and his sister. You people need a real life if you have nothing better to do than to assume the worst about every situation..
