name change after marriage?

So I went for a job interview this morning as a head chef. The owners have asked me to draft and send to them a formal letter indicating all of the responsibilities that we discussed and my desired salary for them to review prior to extendine me an offer. What would you call this? Where can I find a template to base this off of? I have absolutely no idea how to word this.. Its not a writing sample they dont care how I write they want a formal letter from me essentially saying I want this job and I will do XXXXXX and I want this much pay XXXX.

Unless you already have modeling experience, you're not going to be able to find a legitimate agency that will find jobs for you. The so-called agencies that claim they'll represent amateurs are frauds. They make their money selling classes, head shots and other promotional materials, but they're not the people fashion directors call when they're looking for models. Legitimate agents NEVER ask for money up front, since they work on commission and earn a percentage of what their models are paid for jobs. They don't offer training or sell head shots, either. Their sole job is to provide fashion industry clients with experienced, professional models who can show up to jobs knowing exactly what's expected of them. Since there are already more experienced, professional models than jobs for them, agents can afford to be choosy about the people they represent. That means you'll need professional modeling experience before any legitimate agent will take you seriously.. . At least 90% of the people with "model looks" aren't capable of the work involved in modeling. They're not uncommonly photogenic, don't take direction well, or can't overcome their self-consciousness when striking poses that range from unnatural to stupid. Many would-be models blow a lot of money having professional photos taken, thinking those will show agents that they're born to model, but those are a waste of money. Unless you're a once-in-a-generation model like Iman or Kate Moss, you'll need a portfolio showing that you've worked professionally to have access to legitimate agents.
