What free/cheap web builder can I use to modify my web template?

When do I start applying to college/financial aid?

It's hard to answer, because the "identity" is a complex idea !! But I'll try to do my best to answer. I hope you'll understand my english ( I'm French and speak english hardly ).. . First I think it's important to talk about the culture of rising ( le soul?vement ), which you can see today when the French demonstrate against a law because of the social dissatisfaction (m?contentement social). Of course they don't say it, but I'm sure that everytime there were risings in Paris (with barricades, etc, in1789, 1830,1870-la Commune-, 1944, 1968...) , the people were more or less thinking of the last time it had happened. Nowadays, the students who spend half of the year demonstrating seem to play "Mai 1968", they play R?volution. Talking politics is another French hobby (but maybe it's all the same abroad, I don't know ).. . Another aspect of the French identity is the attachment for the "terroir", the soil, for their natal r?gion with its traditions and specialities. We enjoy eating with the whole family and eating food that comes directly from our property or our garden (wines, fruits, chicken...). Don't believe that we do this each week! But during the holidays, those who are lucky enough to have family or properties in the countryside enjoy these meals.. . I have to talk also about what is called "sinistrose": the gloom or the pessimism. I've recently learnt that the idea of decline or decadence has existed in France since the Hundred Years War (that is to say since the birth of a real French national feeling). I've noticed that many of the French tend to say that "the country goes wrong", "there are no values anymore", etc. But I have the impression that it's merely a kind of being, a permanent mode. We often criticize our homeland but many of us can't bear hearing the foreigners criticize it! A (french) author wrote recently that the French still tend to believe they are right against the entire world.( la certitude d'avoir raison contre le monde entier).. . The changes and evolutions since 1945:. -G?neral de Gaulle played an important part in the history of the French identity ( "France is really France only when it's in the first row" and ideas like that).. . -More recently, there are debates about the French identity through the "problems" of the history ( collaboration and R?sistance during WWII

I honestly do not trust any websites to help write up legal documents. My sister used one and I can't remember what it was called but it was with her divorce. They typed up her documents and charged her around $170 for their services but they were not done properly. When she took them to the courthouse they made her redo them. So it was a huge waste of her time and money. Usually you can get the documents you need from the courthouse and they can tell you how to fill them out but as far as visitation and custody arrangements go that is something that will probably be written up by the court itself once a judge has reached a verdict about the situation.
