nor will it recognise restitution as an available cause of action for any unjust enrichment on the part of A. So it basically boils down to public policy.

Yes in the UK you can do this by Deed pole. My auntie divorced from her husband and went back to her maiden name ,then on a lter date she changed her daughters to her maiden name by deed pole without her husbands consent and its his surname that was on their birth certificate.

References need to be someone who can assess your ability to succeed in the class, program, institution, university, etc. Relatives are out because they are biased. An employer can be a friend obviously, but they wouldn't be a friend (and you wouldn't be employed) if you didn't have an excellent work ethic. Likewise, a teacher or tutor will only give you a letter if they determine that you have the ability to succeed academically.. . No one can really "help" you. You need to establish a relationship with someone who has a vested interest in your abilities to succeed, outside of someone who simply likes you. This is not only important, it is imperative - you will NEVER get anywhere without mentors and networked relationships. Consider this a wake up call - you will need 3 recommenders for college, and you will need references for your job applications. Foster those relationships now.

My career goal is pharmacist, but first i am planning to become RN (2 year). What steps do i need to take next?

For what its worth I think Clayton is a really good name.. . However, you can change his name legally whenever you want to, you just have to go to court and do it. You can get all the forms and information for your local courts right online too. You have to submit the forms and pay a small fee, then the judge will sign off on his new name, and you will have to keep that legal paperwork with his birth certificate forever, so he will always have proof of identity, etc.. . The only snag is that you have to have the consent of the father. If there is a father listed on the birth certificate he will have to agree to have the name changed too. If there is no legal father the courts may grant your request without a legal father's consent, but it may prove to be tricky, depends on your local judge.. . You can consult with a local family law attorney for free, most will talk with you for free and tell you the easiest route to take, and for a couple hundred dollars the lawyer can handle it all for you (which would be easiest for you) or you can do it on your own through the courts for just the court fee (a little more complicated and annoying that way, but cheaper). . Good luck!
