Man, homework assignments have changed a great deal since I was a kid.. . The simple answer is you can't. Because it's based on theory and there is no absolutes in theory. It's kinda like appraising a house, just on a larger scale and it pays way more.. . However, if you want to play along with that liberal socialistic crap that they brainwash you with in school, then to answer your question you will have to locate previous similar developments with similar variables (population demographics, geography, laws, economic factors and cycles, etc) and analyze the outcome to determine if the development increased the price of the affected area. Then you have to adjust your results if there were any additional variables that might have hindered or improved the results. Again, there is no absolutes in theory, so you could be way off even if your data was on par, especially since it was a government development plan, and not from the private sector.

My thoughts some of all....insurance agencies are there to make a profit, to they are going to do that however they can...the actual cost of everything is going up due to several things, and then you look at the people and how often they go to the doc....I mean take car insurance, if a person has a wreck, insurance goes up right, so if more and more americans are going to the doc for more and more things, and insurance companies are paying out for this, would they not have to raise prices to keep making money...what are your thoughts on this..
At some point in life, you?re almost certainly going to have to write a reference letter for someone. It might be a former employee or student, or even a family friend. Here?s what you need to know about the purpose of reference letters and how to write the most effective letter possible.. . Note: I will be using ?candidate? to refer to the person who the reference letter is about, ?you? to refer to the person writing the reference letter, and ?recipient? to refer to the person receiving the letter. I?ll emphasise here, though, that reference letters are not only for job or academic ?candidates?, it?s just a handy term to use to keep this article straightforward. this is just a sample. Date. . To whom it may concern. . I confirm that I have known (name) for (number) years.. . (State relationship ? social, business, working together in some other capacity, club, activity, project, etc.). . At all times I have found (name/him/her) to be (state characteristics ? eg, dependable, reliable, hard-working, conscientious, honest, peace-loving, courteous, etc ? to be as helpful as possible think about what the reader will most prefer to see, in terms of satisfying concerns, or seeing evidence of relevant required skills or characteristics).. . I?m happy to provide further information if required. (optional). . Yours faithfully, etc
Use the same name that you use at your school or it will be confusing to the UCs. You can deal with this later. As you know, women change their names often so it can be done, but it has to be done legally once you have a name on US records that is considered your "legal name."
