  • Steve grew up in Kokomo, Indiana. Steve graduated from Indiana University at Bloomington and earned a B.S. degree (with honors in chemistry). During college, Steve worked in a co-operative study program at General Electric, plastics division, where he worked in a chemical lab. After college, Steve attended law school at Indiana University-Indianapolis, graduating in 1992.

You can write the agreement yourself...if you can agree on who gets what share...remember to include ownership share and who has what control over the company...those aren't always the same...Also include exit rights if someone wants out of the company.
