  • Daniel C. Jackson, III is an associate attorney in the Criminal Department. Mr. Jackson represents clients on all types of criminal and traffic matters. He has tried cases to verdict both in New York State and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has successfully defended numero us clients charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) related offenses at trial, suppression hearings and at Department of Motor Vehicle administrative hearings.

    Mr. Jackson is a 1995 graduate, magna cum laude, of the University at Albany with degrees in History and Criminal Justice. He is also a 1999 graduate of the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. Mr. Jackson is also licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He practiced Criminal Law, Personal Injury Law and Domestic Relations Law for more than five years prior to returning to his home state and joining the firm in April, 2005.

    Mr. Jackson is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Middletown Bar Association and serves as its President in 2010.

    Mr. Jackson resides in Marlboro and is an active member of his community. He coaches his son's youth basketball team and serves as one of the attorney advisors for the Marlboro Central High School Mock Trial Team.
