  • Hobart J. Simpson, Esq. (Hobie) joined Catania, Mahon, Milligram & Rider, PLLC ("TCLMM") as an associate in 2000, following his graduation from Albany Law School of Union University. As an associate with TCLMM, Hobie developed a diverse litigation practice spanning the practice areas of commercial litigation, construction disputes, personal injury, medical and professional malpractice and municipal liability. Hobie also developed a niche in the area of construction law where he has successfully represented owners, contractors and design professionals in all facets of construction practice including contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution and litigation. Hobie was made a partner of TCLMM in January 2009.

    Hobie's practice concentrates on representing clients facing a wide-range of disputed commercial matters, including real estate and land development contracts, employment contracts, covenants not to compete or solicit and breach of contract. I am applying for a sales representative job at a hotel reservation center. I'm applying online and can add up to 5 attachments relevant to my application. Should I attach a cover letter and a resume or just a resume?. . If I was mailing in my application/resume I would most definitely have a cover letter.
