lawyer Robert J. Camera - Newburgh, NY Reviews

The job I am interviewing for tomorrow (and REALLY wanting to get) is a job that is based in communications. I would be in charge of newsletters, promotion material, white papers, etc. They asked me to bring in writing samples.. . Right now my portfolio is composed of this:. 1) Resume. 2) References. 3) Brochure I created in internship. 4) Mock sponsorship request letter. 5-7) Mock event profile. 8) Benefit donation request letter. 9) Three sample flyers I created for the mentioned benefit. 10) Front page of newsletter I created for my dorm in college. . My questions are this:. 1) Should I scrape something (like the event profile) and put in a mock marketing plan?. 2) I obviously have much more than this, and in the past I have been burning a CD of my WHOLE portfolio and including that with everything. Should I continue that?. 3) Should I remove the resume and references from the portfolio?.

My fiance is going overseas and I need a special power of attorney so I can register his vehicle and pay his bills while he's gone. I've never had one of these before, how do I go about getting one? Does it have to be done through a lawyer or is it just a notarized form?.

You'll find my family's picture attached with this letter, also sorry for not sending it earlier.. . The girl with the hat on is Jane. She is a third-year student. She is good at studying and . singing. She goes to church regularly, and has joined recording . the CD of hymn.

And now, I have 2 questions for you!

basically, it bypasses the probate process completely. Revocable trusts can be really useful when used in the right circumstances. They won't do much for alleviating estate taxes, but it can help preserve the value of the assets you do have by not spending unnecessary time and money in the probate process.
