lawyer Shteynberg, Irina Reviews

I know that in the first paragraph you have to thank the person without saying the word thanks but what is the second paragraph about?.

My mom passed away in December. My sister was power of attorney while mom was still with us. She is now executor and the Trustee of our mom's trust. A will exists, which states that our mom wanted everything to be split equally between her four kids. From what I understand, the trust was set up so that nothing had to go to probate. This being the case, does it make the will irrelevant? Should the trust list all my mom's kids as beneficiaries and indicate the same information that's in the will (or refer to it)? I'm not sure If only my sister is listed in the trust as a beneficiary, or if she, myself, and my brothers are all listed as beneficiaries. Sister is very narcissistic, and is not being very transparent. Can I find out who's listed in the trust as beneficiaries from someone other than my sister? She acts offended if you ask her anything about it. IF she was the only one listed in the trust as a beneficiary, are me and my brothers potentially screwed, even though our mom's will and desire was EXTREMELY clear? Our sister "helped" with the process of getting the trust set up while our mom was in hospice after several strokes, so my mom may have had no clue as to what was actually taking place. I'm wondering if my sister didn't have it set up to list her as the sole beneficiary. This is all very confusing and stressful. I'm pretty much wracked with anxiety and stress right now. HELP!!!.

Our street is stuck in a ticket trap, if you were to write a letter to government, what would you say?

Help! I am from WA state Port Angeles/Seattle and I have been in Las Vegas for several years. I am sick of the hustle and bustle/stress of the economy and my husband and I have been planning a move. I finally talked him in to somewhere South (outside Altanta). I want some space! I want a wrap around porch, and spanish moss, and all the southern hospitality. Now my hubby's been offered a job in DC. It is a good job and secure, but I really had my heart set in the South. Any ideas on where we should go out there? Virginia southernish in nature at all? Thanks a bunch!.

Pls. help me how to make a Formal letter?

I already we shouldn't have been so irresponsible..yadda yadda so I dont need anyone to tell me about that. My hubby got a summons for court and tried to call the lawyer and they just didnt want to hear it and we had military orders to move so therefore was not there for the court date. We called and wanted to know if they would settle and the guy I spoke to only put me on hold for like a minute and came back and said no they wanted the full payment. Is there anything we could do or say to possibly get them to settle on an amount. Thanks so much for any positive advice..
