I am looking for a copy or place that I can download and print a court appearance waiver for waving your rights to appear in court on divorce proceedings. Its for a good friend. Can anyone help. Ive tried some supposed free legal form sites but they don't turn out free or don't have what I need..

You don't really need a model release form. That's more for giving the photographer permission to sell the images. You just need a limited copyright release that gives permission to your friends to print their images. You basically just state that you own the copyright on the images you have taken, and you give a specific person permission to reproduce them and make prints.. . Type it up, put a logo with your name at the top, sign and date it and your friends shouldn't have any trouble. Make sure to put your name (or business name), address and phone number.

I hope this helps.. . EDIT:. . In answer to your additional question if the doctor has a copy of your POA or living will, no they can not over ride your wishes. They must abide by your legal document.

WM the WWE always go out to make it great, as its the biggest show of the year.. . I think it will be good, and the matches are good, and have lots of build up.. . If you asked me a month ago, what would i think of Finlay and JBL at WM, i wouldnt be too keen giving them a single match at WM unless it was for the IC or US Title. The buildup is great, and am really looking forward to the match. Finlay's acting was great, and he made me really hate JBL for a few moments when he was beating up on Hornswoggle. Thats hard to make happen with me! impressive.. . the World title Streak vs. Streak should be good. Undertaker's winning streak isn't going to be broken at WrestleMania and he was promised last year the long title reign that got curtailed due to injuries.

I can see that you would want some kind of paper that the other person signs that says they received their money but it doesn't work like that in this kind of situation. The legal way is to either write them a check or give them a money order for the amount owed, but their name needs to be on that document (so when they cash that well then that's your proof that it's been repaid). The rough part is that that person might be hesitant to accept a paper type payment. If he does though is you'd have a receipt of that transaction.. . A printable document isn't going to help you as more than likely they won't sign it. What was the money for?

I am sorry to say that the business letter does not look like a business letter and does not look at all professional. It lacks depth and content and provides no substance for consideration.
