He has advised U.S. and foreign developers, investors, utilities, lenders, and other market participants on numerous transactions involving the?development, construction, acquisition, sale, and financing of wind, solar, and other renewable energy projects.

  Tom's recent experience includes advising E.ON Climate & Renewables North America on its acquisitions of?utility-scale solar PV projects in the U.S.; assisting The Detroit Edison Company on power purchase agreements with NextEra Energy Resources for a total of 220 MW of wind power; representing El Paso Electric Company in connection with power purchase agreements for over 74 MW of solar energy; assisting KeyBank N.A. in connection with the project financing of the 139 MW Twin Ridges wind farm in Pennsylvania; and advising Chevron Energy Solutions in connection with the development, installation, and lease financing of PV solar energy facilities for a large public sector customer in California.

  In addition to his work in the renewable power sector,?Tom has represented electric utilities, merchant power generators, and lenders in the acquisition and financing of nuclear, coal, and gas-fired electric generating facilities.?
