Cover letters are about you, not the company you're applying for, so the focus of the letter should be about you and your abilities that qualify you for the position you're seeking. I order the service for my items and the company sent me the receipt and said it take a week to complete my order about 2000 GBP. And now i still wait for over 1 month and they dint give me back my items. I try to call them and they always try to avoid me and didn't take the call. . In this situation can i sue them. Got a job in Big company. Was very Happy... But had a very bad experience with a job so eventually left it for health conditions gave proper resignation didn't abscond, couldn't serve notice period either.. After a month the company sent a letter for full and final settlement ask for some amount of money, unfortunately I couldn't pay coz of my financial problem. Plus I dont even want the experiance certificate.. . But after three months the company sent a legal notice that if I dont pay the sum with 18% interest for the last three months in just 15 days they'r going to sui me and I'm gonna be responsible for it.. But I cant pay . Dont know what to do really worried.. . Is there any way or any legal act where I dont have to pay and get out of this problem ?. and What would happens if the company Sui me ? will I goto jail ?
