Are you a parent who wants to give your child the power to make his/her own decisions such as where to live?

okay as a mother who has been divorced and had 3 kids at the time and remarried and had one more children I will tell you when I married I chose not to change my name so it would remain the same as the children's....while it was my choice to divorced and eventually remarry their father was their father his name their name..So I explained to my new soon to be husband the fact that I did not want to change my name and why and he completely understood and supported me. a name is just that now that I am older and my kids are and I think about it..but changing her name should be a choice she makes when she is a little older not a choice you should be making now...she can call your new parent dad and have a great relationship without having his name... and in this day and age there are so many blended families that having different names is not uncommon anymore...it is not your place to change her name really but a choice hat should be left for her to decide when she is a preteen or teen

Or tell me where I can find information about writing one?.. The job will require computer literacy, close one on one training and the ability to comply with strict deadlines....
