  James H. Maynard is the founder and managing member of the law firm. The firm has been providing high quality legal council and aggressive representation since 1994. with Detroit bankrupt, and home prices in some areas of the city less then $100 would you say its a good investment? would i get screwed with back taxes? do you think the home value in the city will ever go up?. . I don't ever plan on living in the house but just to hold onto it for 20 years or so to see if it is ever worth anything. As i said i am Canadian and i don't know much about American real estate

Ok. So i've been looking into changing my last name. I live in NY. I don't know what the requirements and procedures are though. Am I able to just drop my last name? Am I allowed to just choose any last name? Can I make my middle name my last name? I'm changing my last name because of my dad. I don't want to be associated with him or be part of his family anymore. Are there any guidelines I have to follow? Does the last name have to have meaning? Like a maiden name of my mother or something (I really don't want that last name either though.)? If I could just drop my last name, or make my middle name my last name. That's what I want to do. I'll be married soon enough, so, it's not like that would be like life long last name.

I am currently a Polish citizen. Do I have to change my name there too? or can I use my old EU passport when I travel to EU?. . Any advice is appreciated. TIme is of the essence. Thanks!.
