1) Your attorney said this letter should be notarized?. . Unless your boyfriend is no longer in good terms with you, I don't see why he wouldn't want to notarize it. Not that you have said he doesn't to do!. . 2) A notarized letter (in my view) would be a letter written and signed by your boyfriend stating precisely the time that you were living with him and he himself having this notarized. A public notary would have to see this letter taken in by the person in question in order for him to notarize it (in some instances where a person is unable to leave a home, hospital, etc., the public notary goes over to him or her.. . 3) The letter, more or less, should state:. . I_____________, living at xxx----xxxx, in the State of xxxxx, can confirm that my girlfriend or ex-girlfrined, ______________, who at the time was not working, was living with me at xxxx------xxxx, in the State of xxxxx.. . Remember that the day, month and year that he is writing the letter in should be either at the top left or right of the letter, or at the bottom somewhere. The letter should contain his full written name as well as yours, and of course should have your boyfriend's signature, wchich of course must be done in front of a public notary.

how can i win businesses in USA. Related to remote administrative support, web design, data entry etc. i dont want to use middleman agencies..

I know I need to see an attorney to get this put together, but I am looking for information from people who may be the recipients of a trust fund - if the fund generates income, say in the form or interest or proceeds from the sales of assets, does the fund pay taxes on that income, or do the recipients of the payments from the trust fund pay taxes on what they receive?. . Please, only answer if you actually know..

I asked a question earlier about how to embed video into a Joomla template.. I asked for an answer in plain english about how to install.. I got an answer to download and install RPM. Where do I get it and HOW do I install it?. For some unknown reason people assume too much. I would like EXPLICIT instructions from someone on how to do this.. Thanks, I wait with baited breath.

Life insurance is a DEATH planning tool. It's NOT an effecient wealth building tool, but CAN be a good tax evasion/estate planning tool under the right circumstances. If your main goal is wealth accumulation, then life insurance is NOT the appropriate product.. . Life insurance is sort of like gambling, and WHENEVER you gamble, you need to remember the golden rule: the odds will ALWAYS favor the house.
