My gf is starting(in progress) a photography business. I'm trying to help in the administrative department. Right now we don't have the money to spend on software. Does anyone one know where I can get some sample spreadsheets or databases. Any suggestions on organizing would be most helpful too. Thanks.. I just wanted to see some samples. I can created database and spread sheets once I brush up on my skills again. She is barely doing this part time because she works 12 hour shifts 5 days a week. Which is why I want to help her, but I just want to start her on learning to keep track of everything until she has more time to do more shoots. She probably averages about 4-8 shoots a month.. . I just need to see what photographers specifically keep track of. .

I am planning on doing photoshoot this weeks. I need to find a TF contract mon just for model but also for makeup artist and wardrobe stylist.. Could you suggest me a sample of such document?. . Many thanks in advance!.

If you want to change your last name legally for any other reason than marriage or divorce, the laws differ from state to state. If I knew what state you reside in I could give you a more decisive answer.. . A few states may allow you to change your last name by usuage only. No court action is necessary. Most others will require that you file a Name Change Petition with your local court and obtain a court order before you can change your last name.. . It is advised that even if your state allows you to change your last name by usage, you should obtain a court document authorizing your name change because it will be a lot easier to get everyone to accept your new name. Many government agencies and private organizations may be unwilling to process your name change unless they see something in writing signed by a court/judge.

I frequently stumble over rules where I work that make no sense to me, but then maybe I do not have all the relevant facts, and sometimes for security reasons I cannot be told the whole story.. . This policy may seem dumb to you, but these places are in business to make money in a way that makes sense to their top management, not in a way that makes sense to all customers and lower echelcon personnel.. . You want an important letter printed by a place like Office Max, Office Depot, Kwick Kopy, or whatever. . You A S K them in what format they are able to ELECTRONICALLY receive your material. * You put it on a CD Rom and hand carry to them (assuming you have CD Write & the format is compatible). ** ditto with diskette. * You make an attachment to an e-mail. * You put it into a PDF or ZIP file & attach to e-mail. * You have it on laptop hand carry into store, and they do direct connect. . You find the methods they can receive. You match that with the methods you able to transmit. . You A S K same kinds of questions at a bunch of different places in competition with each other to find the approach that is least hassle for you. . So constrained ... it is not unusual. * Employees not supposed to have a break that involves using company computers for the break. * Y2K variant has clock ticking with predictable crash coming but boss not want to talk about it until after the crash. * Security rules blocking us from using TELNET FTP or some other data transfer method. * Computer setup with Windows deliberately removed, so all it is doing is being a conduit for a particular application ... the employee is there to do the application, not have to deal with blue screen of death, or any other "features" of Windows

my grandfather sied and my unlce is executor, grandma is still alive in nursing home very capable of decision making, uncle was appointed power of attorney by grandma. Now not all of the siblings have gotten what was in the will and unlce is calling the shots and cant make a decision on whats happening with any of the posessions. some og the kids have already taken items out of the house. But the will stated that everything was to be divided evenly and fairly between them, and unlce is paying his kids to clean out the house and pack stuff up without the actual siblings being present. Now he has decided 4 against 4 to build a pole shed on other uncles property and keep all posessions in it for 2 years till they can make a decision. But he wants to take the money out of the inheritance. We need to know whether we should consult an attorney or if he is even legally allowed to do any of this.

My Father hired a family trust attorney many years ago to create a family trust and appointed me the successor trustee. Later my brother in law started using him and so did my brother. Now that my Father is passed the family is getting nasty. I may have to go to court because my sister is trying to have me removed as the successor trustee. My lawyer is telling me he cannot represent me in court b/c of a conflict of interest since he is also been retained by other family members for their needs as well. I am unable to hire another attorney due to lack of funds, what can I do and is what he did ethical?.
