lawyer Pamela M. Cerruti - Montclair, NJ Reviews

I showed up for court August 16th, and I WAS going to represent myself, but then I had second thoughts about it. I told the judge that I wanted to hire an attorney/lawyer, so she gave me until September 22nd to get one. I will not have enough money to hire one by then. If I go up to the courthouse on the 22nd, and ask for an extension on my trial date, what will they say? I will tell the judge that I couldn't find/afford an attorney in the time that they gave me. Will they give me an option to have a court appointed attorney? And if so, will there be another later trial date? Thanks!.

I will be turning 17 next Saturday I recently found out that i'm pregnant my boyfriend just turned 21. My parents said they will sign for me and him to get married. But I just recently found out that my parents said they was done with their kids. i'm currently living with my boyfriend. But I was just wondering if my boyfriend would go to jail and if I did get put in state's custody if they would take my baby. I'm wanting his aunt or grandmother to get power of attorney that does require both parents signature? But if me and him get married soon I won't get put in state's custody will I? I live in TN by the way..

I use note pad. You can set up and type a letter or any thing you want send pictures etc.. When you finish you open file and it asks what you want to do send to and email addy, print or save

I had given a special power of attorney to my mum in 2008. It has come to notice that my mother wants to sell this ancestral property and divide the money between her and her 2 daughters.

I signed an employment offer acceptance letter. I'm starting to have second thoughts. Is it OK for me to tell them that I am no longer interested? What are the legal ramifications against me?.
