• Markus received his B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles, in 1991, and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1997. After a tumultuous year working with a law firm in Panama and Belize, he moved to Modesto and started representing injured workers in workers’ compensation cases in the fall of 1998. He joined Rockwell, Kelly & Duarte, LLP in 2012. Markus has an outstanding reputation among his peers in the workers' compensation legal community.

Advice on advanced directive??

Don't rely on the offer until you have something on paper. A finalist might simply be one of several candidates invited for a final interview. It has happened to me more than once to be apparently offered a job and then receive a letter of rejection. I do hope that this isn't the case here and that you will soon receive a letter with a job offer entirely to your satisfaction.
