How do contracts work?

My wife signed an agreement to her chiropractor when she was 17 to agree to pay a monthly payment for a period of time. Well she paid for a few months and was given treatment, but has since stopped.. . Now the chiropractor is trying to get full value of all treatments as stated in the agreement, totaling over $900 because of the lack of payments.. . Being that my wife signed this agreement when she was 17, doesn't that void the agreement and make it so she does not owe anything?.

Changing your name won't matter. Credit reports are tied to a person's social security number. Married women don't get a new credit file when they change their name. And of course stealing someone's social security number is called "Identity Theft" and is one of the fastest growing crimes in America.
