I found this while looking in to the subject for a relative, They used it last year & it's completely valid.. . See the link below for a free form & instructions.

As for the collecting SOL in Maryland. Both open and written accounts are 3 years. And if it is a general type of non government debt - credit card, general loan, etc., then you are past the legal collecting SOL for your state.. . ? 5-101. . A civil action at law shall be filed within three years from the date it accrues unless another provision of the Code provides a different period of time within which an action shall be commenced.

Cover letters should be simple. First paragraph: who you are and why you are writing. If you have a personal referral ("Jim Smith suggested I contact you."), this should go in the first paragraph.. . Second paragraph: why you want them and why they should want you. This paragraph should highlight why you want this particular employer and job and what in your experience/background makes you a good candidate. Don't put personality traits if you can avoid it. Put things you have accomplished. The employer will judge the personality traits from what you have done, not what you tell them to think.. . Third paragraph: follow up procedures. This is where you note that your resume is included/attached. If you are applying for a job out of town, put when you will be in town to interview, etc. Let them know that if you have not heard from them in two weeks, you will give a call to check status. Thank the employer for their time and consideration.

Your best bet is to get a Living Trust. A good one should include power of medical and financial attorney, and include a Will.

Would it be incredibly wierd to just change it to something else?.

My dad passed away Aug 25th and I want to get a hold of all of his medical records. Now I was wondering how you would go about that does anyone know?. Thanks..
