Letter writing Format?

Do you have any advice on writting a formal letter of complaint? Feces has flooded through the common area and the tubs and sinks of my appartment complex 13 or 14 times in the past five months (and actually flooded the inside of my neighbor's appartment).... MORE times since we moved here. I had it OUT with my appartment manger yesterday for the second time. I just called the city inspector and Navy housing and reported them. I need to write a formal letter of complaint to get something in writing. Looks like we might be going to court to get out of our lease. . . I have NO idea where to start with the letter. I need to bring up the fact that they continue to cover up the problem, not fix it. I also need to put somewhere that the appartment manager stated yesterday that she would "no longer take my calls and will no longer listen to anything I have to say". Any advice?.

If you are asking about legal words, that is words in dictionary, then you need a dictionary for that, but if you mean just the arrangement of alphabets to call it a word, its a question of permutations and combinations. Please post the full question so that I can answer, like maximum length of word, if not I can repeat a single alphabet to infinity, and other details, like the initial set of alphabets to be used and if the repetition has any constraints like not more than 2 times or so.. . -- Pain Killer.

It doesn't matter than you don't remember the account number.. . Below is the full process to claiming your bank charges. In step 1, you will need to also give the full details that you used for the account at that time, ie your name, address, branch and date account opened and closed (if you can remember). Basically give them as much info as you can to enable them to locate your account. You`ll need to modify the template letter on my site slightly to explain that you don't have your account number and giving all the details above.. . 1) Write to the bank and ask them for a copy of your charges for the last 6 years, or alternatively a set of statements for the same period. You do this by making a "Subject Access Request" under the Data Protection Act, enclosing a cheque for ?10 made out to the bank. This by passes the banks normal charges for statements which is normal a large amount for 6 years worth. The bank have 40 days to send you the data.. . 2) Write to the bank asking them to refund your charges, giving them 14 days to reply, attaching a "Schedule of Charges" (a list of the charges you are claiming for).. . 3) Send the bank a "Letter before Action" giving the bank one last chance to refund your charges before you take court action. They have 14 days to reply.. . 4) File a claim online using the Money Claim Online web site run by the UK Court Service. The claim is served on the bank 5 days after its submitted. The bank has 14 days to acknowledge the claim. If they don't you can request a "Judgement by Default" and you win the case, and get your charges, statutory interest at 8%, and your court fees.

I like apps that teach phonic sounds, not the letter names. :Learning Touch" apps are hit or miss, great examples. The Kids Crosswords app has great phonics but does not follow how you would teach reading. (switches from 3 letter to harder 4-letter words after the 1st puzzle). Their first words app teaches only how to spell by letter, not phonic sounds. They might have changed this, but this is what I currently have.

Does Yahoo have free letter templates?. .
