Describe a Web services application for monitoring the clarity of water of lakes in Minnesota. The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has placed a wireless sensor under the water in the middle of each lake that measures the clarity every minute and reports a single number indicating water clarity. The sensors have wireless network connections and each run a Web server that reports . the result as a simple HTML page. The sensor has limited power, so you want its Web server to only be touched once per minute. Your Web service runs on a computer on the shore of each lake. It scrapes the screen of the sensor Web site, and presents the results as a Web service. We want a main DNR Web site to have a display of the clarity of water in all of the lakes in the state.

"In Spring 2010 Dr. Abed gave us a midterm and a comprehensive final. In Fall 2010 Dr. Molina gave us 3 in-class exams, each covering about 1/4 of the subject matter of the class, and one more exam during exam week that covered the final 1/4 of the material. And I missed Dr. Anderssen's first in-class exam but got an A- on his second in-class exam and an A on his comprehensive final. I am attaching graded copies of the exams in question to this letter. It seems to me that I have demonstrated, over the course of the 3 semesters, that I have mastered the material covered in Calculus 1 even though I failed the class all 3 times.. . "Therefore, since I obviously know the material that is covered in Calculus 1, I am asking you to allow me to register for Calculus 2 in Fall 2011.". . That would be an explanation of why you should not be held to the standard rules and be required to pass Calc 1 before taking Calc 2.

My partner and I have a 2 year old daughter. Actually I have a 2 year old daughter but my partner has been in her life since she was 3 months old so my daughter calls her mom and loves her like she loves me. I want to ensure that if anything were to happen to me that she would go to my partner. I do not want her going to her biological father (he probably wouldn't want her anyway) or my mother (who is crazier than a bat). I want my partner to get custody of her and I believe that is what my daughter would want to. What can I do? IF i give my partner Power of Attorney would that allow her to have custody? Adoption is not an option because in Maryland you can not sign over parental rights. What if I make a will and state that I want my daughter to be placed with my partner. Oh I forgot to mention that we are legally married and same sex marriage is legal in Maryland. (So technically doesn't this mean that my daughter is her step child?) Any help would be great!.
