So I am buying a motorcycle without a title, but the guy has a properly filled out power of attorney form. Will that be sufficient for me to get the title in my name? Or will I need to have it notarized? I live in Illinois also.. Called the DMV in my area. They said power of attorney a bike 10 years old gives me all the power over getting the title as the owner. Looks like I am good to go..
I will suggest you one thing that free education that is imparted online can never be legit as in today's world you will nothing for free. If you find any school that gives free education either it will a scam school or the level of education yo will get there won't be as good as any normal school that you will get in any other normal school. You have to be be lucky enough to find one such school.
*. . Usually a person can adopt any name desired for any reason. Most states allow one to legally change his name by usage with no paperwork, but a court order may be required for many institutions (such as banks or government institutions) to officially accept the change.[1] Although the States (except part of Louisiana) follow the common law there are differences in acceptable requirements
