My brother and I are named in my parents living estate as owners of their property, though they have a living interest in it as long as they are alive. They now would like to sell the property and we would like them to as well. If left as is we would pay capital gains tax on the sale...can we quit claim our interst in the house and it becomes theirs again?.

IMO "legal ethics" is an oxymoron.. . From what I have seen, a lawyer "ethically" can not disclose client-attorney information, can not use that information for his personal gain and must do everything legally within his power to ensure his client "wins."

I am a minor, and live in Ohio. A few years ago I had my name changed(legally) but didn't receive an official court paper. Now I am 16 and need to not only get my permit for driving, but need to take my ACT. To do those things, I was told I need my social security and birth certificate with my name change. And I can't get either of those without the official court papers. So, weve decided to drive back to the city in which I got the name change, to try and get the right papers. I need to know, what should I bring? Do I have to go to the court process over again? And do I need to bring my original birth certificate and social security card? . AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE ABOUT THIS PROCESS WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL AND APPRECIATED!.

I really want to be a real estate agent. I own a business so I plan to sticking to that until I'm really successful in the real estate world. I live in the Davis/woodland california area close to sacramento. There's a lot of new homes for sale now in woodland. I'm super excited about it and wondering of most agents fail at it? My bf also owns a business and is great with marketing so I will have help with that. Thanks! :). lol. Did I say I was going to do it part time. Idiot. and you're not certain that I'll fail. Shows how much you know.. And you don't even know what my business is... You just assume shit. Grow up.

That's probably something that would be better started with a phone call. I don't know that there are templates of letters like this... I don't think it's common enough yet.. . You would want to call and ask for the marketing manager, and leave a voice mail stating that you want to discuss the domian and url of the web site. Don't say what you want to discuss in detail - like the actual purchase, but if you just leave your name and number you won't get a call back.. . After discussing it with them on the phone, you will likely exchange contact information including email addresses. If they're using the domain for their corporate email, then the likelyhood of them selling the domain is very slight. If they're not, then you need to figure out what's in it for them to sell it. It likely won't be profitable for them unless you're willing to pay a lot for the site.. . The emails can be informal until the actual sale comes about. One of you will need to draft a contract of sale - it's better if it comes from you, but either way you'll want legal advice before entering into the agreement.. . Good luck!

With the child born out of wedlock the military can require a DNA test first before authorizing the child as a dependent. The cost of the test is yours. They can also require a court order of child support for him to be eligible for any benefits. Usually the child will be covered up to 60 days before needing to be entered into DEERS but that is when the parents were already under Tricare.
