I am ending a marriage. Divorce is finalized. So the decree states that I have 30 days to deliver a quick claim deed to my ex's lawyer. (The deed will not be considered "delivered" to my ex until he refinances the house in his name.) I found a form at Office Max and it seems easy enough to fill out, but I do not know all the information required in the form. Who would I go to for clairification? Would his lawyer be able to prepare it? My lawyer? Or can someone a little less pricey be recommended?.

I want to offer my services for medical administrative service.

Think of this letter as a opportunity to have spoken with the hiring manager while riding in an elevator. You have their undivided attention, but for only two minutes. You do your pitch: what you want, why you should be considered, a quick recap and thank you. You're telling them the benefit of hiring you, but also that you've done your homework and you know that this company and/or this job is a good fit for you. Remember also that this short letter serves as your writing example. Job applicants that can write well are particularly valuable. Notice that I at this point, I don't even know for which position you are applying yet I still insist that if you can competently rub two words together, that is, compose a cognicent set of paragraphs in a properly formated letter, you are far more valuable then someone who can't. I assure you that is true for both hiring people just out of school or those who have been in the work force for many, many years. Why? because you can communicate, which means there's a pretty good chance you can read directions, pass them along, and report back

the forms are at the third source below.. . Depending on which type of divorce you need (contested or not, with children or not), the forms are actually the same from either source. Some of the forms from the first source can be filled out online and then printed. But the forms at the third source come in a "packet" with explanations and instructions. I suggest you check both sources and see which works best.. . You will note that it's not that easy to fill out and file a divorce form. As the form instructions themselves state, it's always better to have a lawyer. If you can't afford one, Nevada has some very good "self-help" resources. Click the fourth source below for links to Elko District Court resources (just scroll down to "Self help, legal research...."). You can also continue scrolling to "Legal aid, free services..." to find legal aid resources that can help you for free or little cost. This page is where I found the forms links, too.. . You will also note that there are no annulment forms online. The court may or may not have such a form. You don't have to go there to find out
