One of the lines I want to put the following:. Anything that has to do with his workers compensation lawsuit. Or, anything that has to do with his attorney.. . I need help re-writing that sentance in legal terms. Please help. Thanks.. . extra info: I need this power of attorney to speak to his lawyer on his behalf since he is not able to do so himself.. Thank you for the great answers. I have the form but it hasnt been notarized yet. He can talk very low, you can make out his words but he gets frustrated. He had a stroke and asked me to talk to his lawyer so he can speed up his case so that the money can help his family since he is not working at the moment. This is in no way to benefit me but to help out my wife's father.

he said yes. The next week he asks me when will I send him a deposit. I reminder him of the coversation we had the week prior. he said oh that was not what I meant. So i said never mind about using your services. He still wants me to sind him a deposit. Will he succeed if he takes me to court?.

an application letter is submitted together with your curriculum vitae/resume to the company/person you want to work for.

Contact Probate Court. Info in phonebook or online. Google.

You can search the Microsoft Office website for templates. I am not sure there will be one specifically for rates and them being raised but there are tons of templates there for letters and memos and such.. . Good Luck

I currently decided it was time to grow up financially. I have not had any credit cards except for one that I had opened when I was 18, used and abused it
