My widower father passed away, I am the executor and one of four siblings. Estate includes house(paid for), car(also paid for)and cash assets in bank accounts(ira's, checking, cd's). He has a revocable living trust which shows all of the above and all siblings are on same page as far as dividing the estate. Do I need to consult a lawyer?
