How to write a letter to grant access and allow a person to represent someone?

Don`t waste your time asking why such an amazing thing could happen to you, just let it happen. Don`t doubt that you could be loved, just let yourself be loved. If you don`t believe you`re worthy of anyones time, then you won`t be. Take yourself seriously & others will too. 'Why' is a wasteful question. Why? Cause that`s the way it`s supposed to be. That`s the only answer you can have. Accept it.

If you don't have money to settle, then it is critical that you show up in court at the appointment date and time, even if they are legally powerless over you.... otherwise this $5,100 in debt will turn into a default judgment of $9,000 or so. People often make the huge mistake of not showing up because they think they?d loose anyway or because they can?t afford an attorney. Even if you are frightened....or you're sick with a 102 degree fever, show up anyway. You are not being put on trial and there will be no jury. It will not be like the Judge Judy Show where the judge will be screaming at you and insulting you. It's almost a step above going to traffic court...it will be over very fast. Creditors LOVE when you don't show up in court....be sure to disappoint them by being on time and prepared. Sometimes judges even refuse to grant judgments in cases like yours.

What is Business knowledge? what is Business skill?

A power of attorney is only needed when you expect to be incapable of managing your own affairs and want some-one else to do it for you.. . This might be a good idea if she is going to some 'high risk' part of the world where, for example, she could be hospitalised (or kidnapped) and would need some-one back in UK who could access her Bank Accounts etc.. . It would also be a good idea if she is suffering from some forms of brain disease (eg. dementia)
