I have been with my 'husband' for 8 yrs, we have a one yr old daughter and I think I am ready for marriage *but* I want a marriage contract. Where and how can I draw one up? (No I am not talking about a prenuptial agreement) In many cultures/religions (example - Judaism, I think) they have marriage contracts that are signed before the wedding (I think), so how do I get/make/draw one up? Are their examples I can follow? What do you think should be in a marriage contract?. Sweet Pea, I am confused about that also. What is the difference between a preup and a marriage contract?. . But then again weren't all marriages back when contractual (between husband and her father, not the bride and groom in most instances). . Too Loose - you were too loose with your answer. After 8 yrs I think I am ready for marriage and this questions prompts a comment about just starting the divorce? . Wow, cynical much? . Don't answer the question if you can't offer any real help. Thanks but no thanks.. Thank you Tamika M for getting where I am coming from. That's exactly how I feel about it and the reasons why I am asking are the same as the reasons why you probably have given it so much thought (saw my parents go through a pretty nasty divorce).

form.

DO NOT DIY a POA. Take your dad to a lawyer, have the very specific circumstances written up precisely as needed, and have the signature witnessed and notarized

Is there a set format for a will, either in terms of wording used, the document itself (type of paper or font etc) or what it must and must not contain?

I need help with a sentencing letter to a judge regarding my neighbor.?

Im trying to apply for a job at a hospital online. it asks for a "Cover Letter" what is that? also I have never had a job and it asks for a resume. do I put a resume? and what do I put on it?.
