What I basically want is to be able to add several fields and make an application form out of them. I want it to be able to have multiple choice, dropdowns and simple text forms. Would be best if the website also hosts it, don't mind if it has an ad or two, the important thing is that people can fill in the application and then the data will get stored and I can look at all of the applications later..

As long as there are greedy and lonely people in the world, scams are not going to disappear. Look how many young people come here every day complaining how they got scammed signing up for some site promising them a free iPad. Or people in their 20s who got scammed by someone they met on an online dating site. Or all the people who get scammed by people listing jobs, apartments, puppies, cars, etc on Craigslist. These are not all old people. If you look at the questions, many of these scam victims are people in their teens and 20s looking for a job, looking for their first apartment to rent, looking for a cheap car to buy, etc
