Creating letter template in word?

My boyfriend recently bought me a truck and his dad took it away today and said he had power of attorney. Can he legaly take it? My boyfriend told me to come pick it up since i have a spare key so what would happen if i did this. And i spoke with the salesman and he can transfer the truck into my mothers name ASAP if i get it back..

REFERENCE LETTERS for University applications: Is a copy sufficient? 10 points!?

especially when we are running around the office like crazy people on a busy day (every day). All the numbers are already in Quickbooks and I would assume there MUST be a way to set it up on the form so the phone and fax appear along with the Vender information/address in the upper left hand box of the PO. The numbers have to be seperated from the address information/field otherwise it will print on the checks. If anyone can enlighten me I will be extremely grateful!!!.

How do I go about changing my last name or obtaining my original birth certificate?

Special Needs Trusts can be "held" by the trustee you choose if it is a trust you set-up or is set-up for you has the option/requirement to choose your professional financial fiduciary. Mine is currently simply a trust document as it has no money. When it is funded, in order for me to get any money out of it, I need to find a bank, a cpa, an accounting firm, or other financial institution to manage it. My money is going to be held by Merrill Lynch and the only fee will be the same fee I would have paid if I invested my money through them anyway. If you use an accountant you will be charger a similar fee, but it won't include the costs associated with investing your money, just managing it. So if you want to just keep your money in a checking/savings account - a CPA is adequate. But if you want your money to grow - it isn't.
